Spring is coming and it’s time to think about plants! Gift Cards are good at Natorp’s Nursery, 8601 Snider Rd, Mason, OH. Sales run March 1 – April 3. Gift cards will be delivered by students after April 10th. Each $25 gift card sold raises $6 towards the Madeira Music Programs.

Just in time for the Holidays, Madeira Music Students in MMS and MHS are selling those delicious Butter Braids AND Wooden Spoon Cookie Dough! Proceeds go towards Madeira Music Boosters and will help with new Choir and Band uniforms.
Orders can be placed with a student seller on paper or using the Online Store (link below). At the online store, search for the student who you would like to get the credit for the sale. Make checks payable to Madeira Music Boosters.

Braids/Dough will be delivered to the school for PICKUP: Tuesday, November 15th (4:30-6:30 PM)
Since product is frozen it’s critical that it is picked up on time.

Please click on a Marching Band student’s name to order or select “Madeira Music Boosters” (first option) if you aren’t affiliated with a specific Band member. Pastries arrive frozen and will be available for your pick-up on December 8th between 4-6 pm at Madeira High School. They can remain in your freezer until you’re ready to bake them or give them as gifts for the holidays. We are accepting orders online through November 23. Shop in-person or online for Madeira spirit wear for the holidays! Fill your family’s and friends’ stockings with fuzzy socks, slim can koozies, Pura Vida bracelets, stickers, and much more! Pop-up shops will be held on Saturday, November 20th and Saturday, December 4th from 10am to noon at the MHS Stadium Concession Area for in-person shopping. Orders can also be placed online.
Order by November 22nd for local pickup before the start of Hanukkah. Order by December 18th for local pickup before Christmas.
Please remember to order your Butter Braids and support the Madeira City Schools music programs. Orders are being accepted through November 4th, and your Butter Braids will be delivered to Madeira High School for pickup on November 16th. Our new MMS/MHS choir director is Audrey Schussler. Miss Schussler graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Music Education and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Choral Conducting from Messiah College. She has four years of experience and is coming to Madeira from Willard City Schools. Miss Schussler is also on the staff of the All-Ohio State Fair Youth Choir.
Our new MMS/MHS assistant band director is Ryan Ervin. Mr. Ervin graduated from Morehead State University with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Music Education. He has twelve years experience and comes to Madeira from Portsmouth West. Mr. Ervin is a trumpet player and specializes in brass instruction. He and his family are excited to move to Cincinnati.
State Marching Band Finals are on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 9:00 pm in the Hilliard Bradley Stadium
